HOTEL & RESORTS DRONE SERVICES

Drone Filming & Photography for Hotels and Resorts

A hotel is sold on its setting long before a guest reads a room description. Aerial film and photography place your property in its landscape - the coastline, the grounds, the pool at golden hour - and give booking sites, brochures and social channels imagery that makes people stop scrolling. We are CAA certified, £10m insured, and used to working around live guests without disrupting them.

Show the Setting, Not Just the Rooms

A wide aerial establishes everything a ground camera cannot - the beach on your doorstep, the grounds, how the pool sits against the sea. It answers a guest's first question: what is it actually like to be there? We film in 6K and deliver stills at up to 100MP, so one visit produces the hero video and a full library of print-quality images.

We plan each shoot around what you are actually selling - arrival, aspect, amenities, the view from the terrace at sunset.

Aerial Films That Fill Rooms

Imagery That Works Across Every Channel

The same visit feeds your website, your booking-platform listings, your brochure and your social channels. We deliver a headline film plus cutdowns sized for Instagram, TikTok and paid social, along with stills cropped for each platform.

Everything arrives colour graded and ready to publish, typically within 48 hours of the shoot.

Filming Discreetly Around Live Guests

Filming around a working hotel takes more than a licence. We schedule around occupancy, keep flight paths clear of terraces and balconies, and brief your duty manager before we launch. Where a property sits in a congested area or close to an airport, we hold the permissions to operate legally and the experience to plan the sortie properly.

Guests rarely notice we were there, which is exactly the point.

Interactive 360° Tours of Your Grounds

An interactive 360° tour lets a prospective guest look around your grounds from above, moving between the pool, the beach and the restaurant terrace at their own pace. Embedded on your site it holds attention far longer than a gallery, and it works on any device without an app.

We can produce these on their own or alongside a film and stills package.

From Boutique Hotels to Large Resorts

We work with independent boutiques, country house hotels, spa retreats and multi-building resorts. A compact property might need a half day; a resort with several pools, a golf course and a stretch of coastline will take longer and produce a far deeper library.

Tell us the property and what you need it for, and we will scope it honestly.

FAQs

How long does a hotel shoot take?
Most properties are covered in half a day. A larger resort with several pools, grounds and a stretch of coastline usually takes a full day, and we will tell you which you need before you book.
Do you need to close the pool or move guests?
No. We plan flight paths so we are never overhead of guests, and schedule around your quieter periods. We brief your duty manager beforehand, and in practice most guests do not notice the shoot happening.
Can you film hotels in city centres or near airports?
Yes. We hold the CAA permissions to operate in congested areas and handle any airspace coordination needed near an airport. Send us the postcode and we will confirm what is involved before you commit.
