Deliverables

A 15% discount applies to photo-only instructions where the base rate is £350 or above (typically estates over 250 acres). No discount applies to video-only selections, as flight and editing time is comparable to the full package.

Ground photography

Basic exterior coverage is included as standard. Enhanced coverage extends this to buildings, land features and amenities. Full coverage adds interior photography of residential properties on site.

Houses requiring interior photography

Type of instruction

Country house and estate instructions require significantly more time on site, including ground-level video, detailed coverage of gardens and outbuildings, and more complex editing to properly showcase the property. A 20% premium visual treatment uplift applies to these instruction types.

Supplemental footage of the local area - the nearest town or village sign, high street, or nearby landmarks. Subject to access and any local filming restrictions.

Vehicular access: Please ensure reasonable vehicle access is available to the land prior to the visit. We operate a 4x4 and will keep to established tracks and field margins at all times. If suitable access cannot be provided and the land needs to be covered on foot, this may require additional time and could incur extra charges. Any such costs will always be agreed before proceeding.
